Haley Brown is the Broker Success Manager at Pellegrini and Associates. She focuses on supporting agents through carrier coordination, client questions, enrollment troubleshooting, training, and ongoing service issues to ensure smooth client experiences.  She has 4+ years of training in the insurance industry. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, playing volleyball, and hanging out with friends.
